Alma Mancha
Property Ops Sr. Manager | inTouch Program Manager | Facilities Operations
Banner Health

As part of the Facilities Operations team, my focus is management of corporate space. Over the past 5 years we have developed a space occupancy forecast program that summarizes current demand based on occupied, vacant seating and projected growth. The results allow us to make informed decisions regarding the needs to acquire or reduce space to meet demand. My career started in Human Resource Management and over the years evolved into Project Management. I would describe my work style as a learner. Learning, coaching and forward progress is the way I grow and quickly adapt to the changing demands of my role.

Darcy Aafedt, CMRP, FAHRMM
