Progressively increasing roles of responsibility in Clinical and Supply Chain Management areas. Proven leader in Pediatric Clinical Services. Highly developed skills in Project Management, supplier negotiation, contracting and compliance, leadership of multidisciplinary value teams, and facilitation of product and process standardization in Perioperative, Med-Surg and Pediatric clinical settings.
Property Ops Sr. Manager | inTouch Program Manager | Facilities Operations
As part of the Facilities Operations team, my focus is management of corporate space. Over the past 5 years we have developed a space occupancy forecast program that summarizes current demand based on occupied, vacant seating and projected growth. The results allow us to make informed decisions regarding the needs to acquire or reduce space to meet demand. My career started in Human Resource Management and over the years evolved into Project Management. I would describe my work style as a learner. Learning, coaching and forward progress is the way I grow and quickly adapt to the changing demands of my role.
